You can control cooking process with air flow control

“Strong Flame” BBQ has moving ash catcher. If you move it down, fuel compartment bottom will be exposed for the airflow. This will help when starting a fire or boosting the heat of ember. If you move ash catcher up, air flow to the fire will be minimal. This will help to keep your coals hot longer. No more puffing or struggling while starting a fire. Few moves and you control your BBQ completely.
